The second half of the film was shot around Devils Tower National Park. In the last 40 years the roads have been widened and the courses changed, so I was only able to arrange the recordings approximately. The last scene with the UFO landing field behind the Devils Tower was realized in the studio in Brookley Air Force base in Mobile, Alabama. The rest of the scenes (Leary’s house, evacuation at the train station, etc.) were shot in Alabama.
Die zweite Hälfte des Films wurde rund um den Devils Tower Nationalpark aufgenommen. In den letzten 40 Jahren wurden dort die Strassen verbreitert und die Verläufe geändert, darum konnte ich die Aufnahmen nur ungefähr einrichten. Die letzte Szene mit dem UFO Landeplatz hinter dem Devils Tower wurde im Studio in Brookley Air Force base in Mobile, Alabama realisiert. Auch die restlichen Szenen (Leary’s Haus, Evakuierung am Bahnhof usw.) wurden in Alabama gedreht.
